Rentschler Biopharma SE, a contract development and manufacturing organization for biopharmaceuticals, has signed an agreement to purchase a manufacturing facility from an affiliate Shire plc in Milford near Boston, MA. Rentschler Biopharma will leverage the development and manufacturing site for CDMO services.
